After 30 years of experience across various industries: software testing in Australia and the UK; editing and publishing; business owner and website developer for my own business, I decided what better way to utilise the skills and knowledge I have gained than to put it all together and offer it as a business support service.

Having been a software tester for 12 years, no program or app scares me. In fact, I relish the chance to learn something new and work out the best business solutions to help small businesses and individuals streamline their operations. I also owned and operated my own successful yarn store for five years, having built and managed my own e-commerce platform.
